Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure for Personal Use
1. Scope of Service ZignalHub (the "Service Provider") acts exclusively as a Technical Tool Provider and Technical Gateway. The Service is designed to facilitate the transmission of data between third-party analytical platforms (e.g., TradingView) and the User's securities trading accounts via Webhook and API protocols, based solely on the User's configurations. The Service is intended for use as an automated order execution tool for personal accounts only.
2. Technical Disclaimer & "As-Is" Basis The User acknowledges and agrees that the transmission of orders via Webhook and API systems involves inherent technical risks, including but not limited to network latency, internet connection failures, server instability, or changes to third-party API standards. ZignalHub provides the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the error-free operation or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
3. Duty to Monitor (Sole Responsibility) It is the sole responsibility of the User to actively and regularly monitor the status of order executions, account balances, and portfolio positions directly through their respective brokerage accounts. ZignalHub shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the User's failure to monitor such status or from reliance solely on the Service's interface.
4. No Financial Advice ZignalHub is not a financial advisor, investment consultant, broker-dealer, or fund manager. The Service Provider does not provide investment advice, financial analysis, or recommendations regarding any securities, derivatives, or digital assets. All strategy settings and trading decisions are made at the sole discretion of the User.
